Well i found some boring time to rewrite some code in both projects. Nothing new. I just rewrote both projects to just one .py file.

Hey!

Well, vacation is over. It’s time to organize some ideas. I had plans for my Connect 4 like add online play, better AI and some other ideas i had in mind and i was thinking about another project i wanted to do but it will have to wait till i have some time for myself. So, my current plan is to keep working and have some new projects but use school related stuff to create something instead of using Python. I hope soon i have something new that is worth showing.

Connect 4 v0.32 is out :)

Hey! To make it simple to advertise the changes i do in my work, i decided to change the site a bit. So, the front page will still be “Works” section where all the information about my projects are shown and now there is a “News” section where i can write the changes i do to my projects.

Sudoku

Sudoku is my second work made in Python. It uses the Curses module to control the display like Connect 4. I coded it using some of my own java code of a Sudoku project i made in university. Have fun learning with it.

Currently doesn’t run on Windows due to some curses based error (dunno what it is) but runs on linux and mac. It just needs Python Curses Module to run. To play run “python sudoku.py” or just run the executable file with ./sudoku.py

TO-DO list:

* Rewrite some code to something simpler.

Connect 4 is my first little work, it’s made in Python with Curses bindings. Even though this is a simple game to do, there are always ways to learn a bit more. That is my objective with this simple game. Improve myself and have fun learning the Python language. I expect everyone to enjoy this simple project and learn a bit with it.

* Rewrote some code.
* Made Connect4 just one .py file.

* Added a dumb random CPU player for fun
* Change the color of the line that made the player win
